The tool laser stands for highest precision in material processing, in particular in drilling, structuring and texturing. The various parameters such as pulse duration (nano, pico and femtosecond lasers), wave length (UV, green, IR) and pulse energy offer a wide field of different characteristica, which are finely tuned for application development.
Based on years of experience and the possibility to perform feasibility studies with sample components we select the laser source application-specific so that processing quality, process time and costs are coordinated the best possible. Thereby work together with all well-known laser manufacturers. Pulsar Photonics is specialised in the use of ultrashort pulse lasers by which highest structural qualities can be achieved.
As an option is is also possible to integrate two different beam sources or to have the opportunitiy to swith between two different wavelengths.
Since only a suitable processing head can use the entire potential of the laser machine, we integrate ,additionally to the galvanometer scanners and fixed optics, special optics that are coordinated with the laser and the process.
