MicroScan Extension MSE-G1

MicroSpot Scanning for high-resolution applications

With the Microscan Extension MSE Pulsar Photonics offers a simple but powerful extension for each galvo scanning system. By simply replacing the conventional lens with the MSE-G1, the user can upgrade his system to a microspot scanning system. The combination of galvanometer scanner and MSE-G1 enables laser scanning with focus diameters of less than 5μm using an IR or VIS laser. Applications of the MSE-G1 can be found in micro ablation, cutting of transparent materials, micro drilling or other applications where very small laser spots or high intensities are required. If required, Pulsar Photonics can supply a complete microscanning system with scanner, coaxial camera and software.
