With the MultiBeamScanner, Pulsar Photonics offers a solution for the multi-beam processing with a galvo scanner, for the first time as a commercial product. By a defined beam splitting with a multi-beam module, a fixed beam distribution is generated in the working plane of the scanning system. This approach allows a multiplication of the process speed in the production of periodic structures. Based on a diffractive beam splitter, the power of the laser system can be split up into up to 100 and more partial beams. This allows to overcome the most physically caused performance limitations of many USP processes, thereby increasing process efficiency considerably. Areas of application range from laser drilling, the parallel processing of a plurality of components to the the overall parallelization of laser processes.
