Industrial laser processing for demanding manufacturing processes

Automated laser solutions for precise, cost-effective and scalable production

Our solutions for industrial laser processing

High scrap rates, tool wear, increasing quality requirements and delicate materials present new challenges for many manufacturing processes. Mechanical processes often reach their limits, particularly when dealing with small structures, thin materials or complex geometries.

Industrial laser solutions make it possible to carry out many of these processes with greater precision, reproducibility and cost-effectiveness. Pulsar Photonics develops automated laser machines equipped with proprietary in-house software for applications such as micro-drilling, ceramic cutting, laser micro-welding, structuring and the machining of large-scale tools – all tailored to the demands of modern production environments.
